We spent the 3rd of July with Jerome's family at the Miles Family reunion. Story and Rayder got their slip and slide on.
They had to make it extra slippery with dish soap!
The 4th of July we stayed home and had our own festivities. Gauge was asleep, so it was Jerome, Story and I. I made pocket bread (to0000tally yummy), parmesan zuchini fries, and oreo shakes! It was delicious!
The grocery store was out of blue sprinkles, so we just had a red and white dessert after we did fireworks. I made Jello poke cake which was pretty yummy too. We had a fun evening just us. After bed time we watched Gulliver's travel, which was pretty cute. All in all, a fun weekend!

I wish I wouldn't have read your blog at 10:00 am. Now all I'm going to think about all day is pocket bread.
I'm glad you had a good celebration, but we totally missed you. I'm sure glad you guys aren't lepers anymore.
Oh, and you should update your art blog. It's been 3 weeks and I love that blog.
