Late Saturday night i got my second wind. I am feeling much more alive! I'm still pretty tired and need naps during the day, but i am feeling like i can handle life much better. I got my stitches out yesterday and things are looking really good.
Story is such a good baby. She sleeps, eats, and poops and hardly ever cries; just when she's super hungry. She looks a lot different from when we brought her home, because she's not swollen anymore, but i can't get my camera to work with my computer; it keeps wiping out my card. Anyway, these are pictures of Story in her tanning bed:
She had a little bit of jondis (spelling?) when she was born and we had to get a light table out to our house for her to lay in. She wasn't particularly fond of being so free to move around when she was on it, but she was a good sport. Her jondis is gone now and she's doing great! She's very strong and eats a lot! Hopefully i'll get some pictures to work and be able to post more. Until then, just know that we're doing good and still recovering. :0)

I am so glad you posted those pictures! If you want to I can bring my camera over or computer over to see if you can download it to my computer and then we can make a cd or something of them.
Yeah for Jaundice. All the cool kids get it. Trust me. It's setting her up for a bright future (get the pun? I'm hilarious!). I love those pictures. They're sad but adorable at the same time!
I had no idea she had jaundice. Thats crazy. I'm glad shes doing doing good. I hear it's pretty commin for babies to get it. She looks so cute and relaxed in those pictures.
Weird/cool pictures of her light bed. Why is it all the cute babies with good color have jaundice? Lucy didn't have it, but was pale and splotchy. I suppose it is a toss up!
I am way stoked to see your post. I've been MIA in the blogging world, probably because of the same exact reason you have...anyway, I'm way excited to hear you're feeling better and you've gotten your second wind. I'm so tired I want to die. But it's to be expected, right?
