Happy first birthday to Gauge! We celebrated last night with cake at Jerome's dad's house.
Its amazing how much they grow in one year. He can walk about 4-8 steps before falling. He says "uh-oh", "hi", "dada", and "mama". He loves music and to dance, but is sort of a big chicken. He doesn't like to be thrown in the air like most kids. We sure love him. He is so so sweet.
Grandpa Don and Grandma Kristi bought gauge a tractor, a hat and a farmer shirt for his birthday, just so that he could fit in around Payson a little better.
Story and Jace wanted to help open presents. Gauge didn't mind at all.
We got home after bed time and these two were out cold.

Wow, look how much he has changed. I use to think he looked just like Story, but he is starting to get his own look. What a beautiful boy... and he is definitely starting to look like a Paysonite in his new stuff. Now he just needs a gun and a truck.

He is such a sweetie! At church Dani was flipping through a book we have of cousins, and she got to a picture of gauge (probably like 3 months old even) and she screamed and planted a big kiss on him.
