I made me a ruler. I've seen these online a lot, but i thought it would be a fun growth chart for our little family, so we don't have to ruin a door jam and we can take it with us if we move. I had Jerome cut it out on the CNC router. All the tick marks are engraved as well as the numbers. I sanded it, stained it, then painted the numbers black. I Love it! Jerome says its weird, but still allowed me to hang it in our room.
Story tried to cheat and tip toe, but we finally got her measurement.
In other news we got a squash from our garden that looks like a butt. Two of them some how fused together. We're going to eat our butt for dinner tonight.

I am SOOOO jealous, that is the exact one I wanted to make too. POO on you for being overly ambitious. I don't know how you do it, go to work, spend time with your kids, and still have time for your projects. You burn me out. But I love it, and will jerome make one for me for my birthday? haha just kidding kinda

p.s. this is about the growth chart not the butt squash. Although, that is neat too. :)
