Story has definitely inherited my curse. I am the girl that hunts through the piles of jeans at Old Navy searching for the "short" jeans.... and then i roll them up. Story's Aunt Melissa bought her these jeans and they are a bit too long, but they fit around her waist just fine.:) She's got a very long torso just like her mommy too. My mom can testify that swimsuits are impossible to buy for girls like us. Sorry Story.

See, I have long legs, but a SHORT torso, so I have to find the "long" jeans, and then never ever dry them or I can't wear them again. However, my ribs sit like, two inches away from my hips. So it looks like I have no waist whatsoever. Like I'm just a box. Not fun. Jeff, however, has long legs AND a long torso. I'm praying that my kids get those features from him. And don't worry, I had to roll all Riley and Cole's pants while they were toddlers...and now Riley's legs are so long that I'm always overly concerned that her pants are going to be floods after two weeks. So fingers crossed, all will turn out well.
I have the long legs as well, Ashdon got that from me so his pant waists are huge and the bottoms end up being little floods.
Sorry they are so long they look really cute though! Maybe the seamstress in you could hem them if she doesn't get any talleer:)
Axel has super short legs too! Anderson legs as we call them at our house. And he has a super long torso too.
Dusty is exactly the same way - we have the exact length legs but he is 3.5 inches taller than me - it's weird!
That's how Maggie was seriously! I thought she was going to be like me and have to have mom always hem my pants. But now her legs are on the long side and regular pants look a little short on her. With Jerome's genes - no worries.
That is funny Sarah! I had a friend who was 5'9" and I was 5'5" but when we sat down we were the same height.
She has the Anderson curse. Krew is that way His pants are always too long, and his shirts are always too short.
Kurt is only 5'10" with boots on, but when everyone is sitting, he's the tallest one in the room.
