After running a million errands Friday after work Jerome and I were on our way to Downey, ID. We got to the camp site just before dark around 8:30 and ate our tin din's.
We found a little pony and fed him some grass.
I was a little too chicken that it was going to bite my fingers off!
Grampa Kimber played the harmonica and Uncle Trevon played the guitar and sang. (in the corner is Kris and Mel).
The next day was the most fun! We went to Lava Hot Springs and went floating down the river. Here's Chris & Ash taking pictures on the bridge after we went down twice.
Kelli, Melissa, and Kristi floating down on a quad tube.
Just Jerome and me in the car. The second time we went down the river was the most fun. We went off this little 4 foot water fall and we were on a double tube, me in front. We went down the fall me first and i went completely under! Water went straight up my nose! Jerome barely got wet at all because he was in back! He thought i was a goner, he said he looked forward and i was just missing. Luckily i didn't fall out! We had so much fun!
I think we may have convinced my parents yesterday to take our family to Lava over the weekend sometime soon, there's a lot to do there and even little kids can go down the river, it was a blast!

Yeah my family goes there all the time.It is pretty much the only fun thing to do in Idaho. Almost every time we go to Idaho we go to Lava hot springs. Kory doesn't see the fun in it because the last time we all went it was DRAMA. It was really bad experience for him to show him how fun Lava is. Did you go to the hot springs? or the huge pool they have? You can get like a day pass to do all those things as much as you want.
If the Anderson family goes up there, I know of a great big place we could all stay together, either camp or inside (my grandparents have about 5 acres only a half an hour away and a huge house that people could probably stay in. But the hotels in town are "Classy" too. There is also this high roller restaurant that has really good pizza. I think they serve boob sweat shakes as well... in case you are craving them again. :)
That looks like so much fun. Jerome's family looks fun.
I love Lava hot springs - let's all go!!! Oh no now i've been tagged twice and I don't know what to write about myself!!!
Sarah and I went to Lava Hot Springs last winter and loved it. it lookes like you guys had a lot of fun.
I want to go! Definitely convince your parents that it's a good idea. I will convince Jeff. Believe me, your job will be easier.
Who's this person named Kelli!?!?! I'm the only one and I certainly wasn't invited on the trip. Although I did get another invite from you know who..if you don't know I'll text you later. It's that whole blog stalk problem again.

I was thinking to myself, Chris isn't that tall. And then I realized everyone else was on a foot tall ledge in that picture.
