nExT wEeK
Jerome and I have been waiting for next week for sooooo long!! We are going to San Francisco to stay with his grandparents for a few days. We both desperately need a vacation and some time together, the 2 nights a week plus Sunday just isn't cuttin' it anymore. (imagine that!) We're going to go shopping and the beach maybe and go to the Oakland Temple with his grandparents, Jerome desperately wants to go to the Ripley's Believe It or Not museum thing, i'm not too thrilled about that, but promise to be a good sport. His grandparents are 80, so we want to spend some time with them before... you know. Not that 80 is old, right dad? He was pretty offended when I mentioned they were on their way out the door at 80... :0) It'll be nice to see California and get away from Utah Valley for a little bit. We're of course going to stop in Reno to do some gambling on our way out there... We went to Vegas on our honeymoon, but i was only 20, so i couldn't gamble, but Jerome won us 20 bucks! Anyway, i've never been to his grandparents house and i have only been to San Fran once with Kory, Kelli, and my parents, so it'll be fun to be out there with Jerome!

Have fun on your vacation! And don't worry about the whole labor thing. It only hurts until you get the epidural and it's not that bad or women would stop having babies right?! And don't worry about getting the epidural because that doesn't hurt. People just say it hurts because they see the needle and it's really long but it honestly doesn't hurt, just stings a bit. You are gonna do fine! The more you freak yourself out the harder it will be so just relax and know that this is what your body was made for!!! :)
I'm glad both of you guys are getting some time off.
Especially Jerome. He needs to have the quiet times in his life right now so he can have a mental breakdown about becoming a father.
What days will you be gone?!? Go rescue Wendy's kids and bring them lots and lots and lots of junk food. Steppy went through and stole all the food out of their bags. I'm not even lying.
I hope you have a fabulous time. I'm jealous. I want to go somewhere else, preferably out of state. You can always bring me something back, if you want...
I am excited that you get a vacation! I hope you two have a great time together and are able to just relax! Enjoy it while it is just the two of you. When we were prego we just couldn't wait to be parents, but I didn't realize that it would change our time together so much. It is way fun with Lu, just diffrent so enjoy the moment your are currently in!
you both need it, I am happy you guys are going, I wish we were going on a vacation. I desperately need one. I feel like I am loosing my mind a little...I guess that's what happens when you over book yourself, eventually you wear yourself too thin.
Are you saying that SF trip with us wasn't good enough? Don't you remember dad driving around the hills of downtown in the motorhome?! But good for you guys for taking a vacation. Make sure Jerome gets addicted to it so you go on lots of vacations.
