Before Jerome went to work he spent all morning hanging sheetrock, so when I got home (while Jerome was still at work) I got out all the putty stuff and putty and taped the big seams in the room all by myself! :0) It may not look like much, but hopefully we'll have it painted, trimmed, and carpeted by the beginning of May. (We don't have a lot of time to work on it during the week, so things move slowly). We're excited to get this room done, because our living room is still without carpet and is unusable and we have to carpet them at the same time. What a bummer, its been 8 weeks without a living room... its harder than you'd think!

I'm proud of you, too, Kass. I wouldn't have a clue on what to do, and if Jeff wasn't around, I'd certainly not have the guts to try anything myself. So good work. I'm sure Bob WOULD be proud.
Yeah he would be extremely proud! he had to come over to our house and do that himself. I hope he is planning on doing the rest...or maybe I will ask the pregnant lady to come help me, she seems like a pro!
Good for you and don't worry about how long it's taking. You have nine months to get ready for the baby! Trust me, the last two weeks will seem like 2 years when you are waiting for that baby to come!
