So, not to copy my friend Alicia, she just motivated me to get this moving, i have posted my first recipe on my Lazyhomemakers blog. This is my new favorite recipe Creamy Alfredo Chicken. I will be posting lots and lots of dinners and desserts and crafts and how to stuff on this blog for people to use how they may. KiDDos

At Provo Craft there used to be us 5 girls. We all had babies, me being the last, Kelsey being the first. Four of us got together (we missed Loraleigh in St. George this time around) Kelsey came down from Oregon and we went to ihop and took pictures outside of our kiddos.

Its awesome to have friends that are at about the same point in life as me. Since they've all had their babies before i had Story its awesome to get advice and ask questions about the things Story does or doesn't do yet.

StOrY's CuZiNs

Story and Syd got to hang out again this weekend. I went over to my mom's while she was watching Jeff and Rainey's kids and got to see all of them! Then i got to see them on Easter for a couple minutes too. Story and syd are obvious bff's already. On saturday when i saw them Syd would sit and talk and talk and tell Story all sorts of things and Story would just stare and listen. it was pretty cute. They are two peas in a pod.

Every Monday and Thursday Story gets to hang out with Rayder. He has been teaching her how to play with cars, what backyardigans episodes are the best, and how to get what you want from grandma Kristi. :0) They are best buds too.

At first, Story was scared. She thought the Easter bunny forgot her!

Then i showed her that she just didn't see her basket.

Then she saw that all she got was binki's and a onsie...

We had a good Easter.  Story wasn't as thrilled as she will be in a few years. We'll try candy next year. :0)

Little miss Story has grown out of all her clothes for the time being. i have had lots of fun shopping for her! i bought her this dress at Target and a few other things. i've been a little under the weather and haven't taken pictures of her other outfits yet, but i bought her really cute jammies at Target too. Then i went a little crazy at old navy and got her summer clothes. This girl is seriously a tank now. she is so heavy that she wears my arms out just carrying her around at the grocery store. she is laughing and sitting up really well now. she grows up so much each day!

She's getting really into toys lately too. Check out those thighs!!

4 MoNtHs

This little baby turned 4 months old on Friday!

She is up to 16lbs 4oz and 25" tall. Needless to say, she is getting so big and chubby!

Story is sitting up (for a few seconds) and rolling over (well, just twice now on her own). We're working on solid foods (lazily) and she's getting over her cold (slowly).

We are all sick at our house, but we will be better soon. We are loving watching Story grow and figure life out.

iT's TiME...

I am just about through with That 70's Show, it is time that i move on and make some new friends. However, i need some help. I am looking for an OFF-AIR show that is like Friends, Will & Grace, That 70's Show, Seinfeld, or Everybody Loves Raymond. Any suggestions?

WhO's tHiS?

This is not MY sweet Story, this totally looks like her, but this is my niece Maggie! I was shocked when Shauna showed me these pictures. They look so much alike!

PS, Today marks that 6 years ago today, Jerome and I started dating!

OuR BuSy, cRaZY wEeKEnD!

We had a crazy weekend! I switched our scrapbook room with Story's room to give her and future kids more space, i painted the wall where her crib is bright pink (pictures to come). it looks really cute so far! Anyway...

Here are my latest wood shapes! This is Hootie (not to be confused with Kris' yucky dog, no offense, but i hated that dog!) and Gary, and a flower project you will all be stunned with later this week.

This is Jerome's red rocket that he made into a clock. We're going to make Hootie bigger next time and turn his tummy into a clock.

This WAS my blue rocket, but before i could finish it Jerome stole it and finished it while i was asleep. Creep.

I also played dress up with Story, i know i'm such a mean mom... Her bikini is getting pretty tight, she may not get to wear it swimming at all. bummer.

This is what i call the easter bunny after Easter morning. i love her little robe and had to take pictures.

And this is her Sunday dress yesterday. A lady at work made this hoodie for her, its a little bit too small to button up though. i waited too long to try it on her.

HaRrY, tHE mOnStEr.

This is Harry.    He is a monster.

I made him out of wood.

Last night Chris and Ashley came over and made monsters and rocket ships out of wood. This is mine and Jerome's new obsession. He got a band saw for his birthday and we've been going to town! it is so much fun! We spray painted a white button black to use for Harry's eye. The eyes are additional pieces of wood glued on top and i made his mouth out of vinyl. i made him for our Quilted Bear booth, i want to make a pink and brown one for Story's room.

We tried baby food for the first time on Tuesday. She's not quite sure how it works just yet. :0)

In other news, Story discovered her tongue yesterday!

For Jerome's birthday i had all of these pirate clues and maps for him in a box and he had to read them to go to a location. We started off by dropping Story off at Kelli's. Then we went to ihop for breakfast. Next we went to Trafalga to play mini golf and the arcade's. 

The next stop we went to a job interview for jerome, but after that we went to Fat Cats and went bowling. Its definitely not as fun as wii bowling.

Then we picked Story up, she had pooped all over he clothes, so i ran into Kmart and bought her a onsie real fast. We dropped her off at Grandma Kristi's and went to Tucanos for dinner. It was delicious, but way too filling! it hit us all at once, because its such slow eating and its all meat. After that we went and saw Watchmen, which was completely awful. But oh well. :0)

The easter bunny has come early at our house...
